A NEW NORWEGIAN BRAND
The time has come for something new for the school children!
The super light school bags from Frii of Norway® are based on knowledge and expertise from many years of experience. General manager, Roy Kjøstvedt, has been working to develop good quality school bags for over 20 years. He knows what the criteria are for a bag with good carrying properties and quality that lasts.
With a burning heart to create the best school bags, the brand “Frii of Norway®” has been developed together with designers Vibeke Sagen Dale and Cecilie Kyllingstad.
Vibeke, Cecilie and Roy have children of their own, and know what you value as parents when choosing products for your children. Everyone agreed that the bags that were already on the market were too heavy for small backs, and trying and developing a lighter school bag became the challenge they set out on. The bag still had to contain important criteria such as quality and good functionality, as well as have a new and inviting design. The cool illustrations were created by Ingunn Dybendal.
The retro-inspired 22L school bags from Frii of Norway® have been developed considering that both mother and child are more concerned with design now than in the past, and like to choose a 1st grade bag that will fit into the girls’ or boys’ room. For us, it is important that design and functionality go hand in hand. The rucksack’s adventurous design, with soft colors and motifs from the children’s dream world, is so delicate and exciting that it is just as nice for a first-grader as it is for a third-grader!
We take the environment and sustainability seriously
All our products are manufactured within the current EU regulations and the environmental regulation REACH for children’s products. We have chosen to follow the REACH standard for children’s toys, despite the fact that our school bags are not considered toys, so that you as a consumer can feel safe using our products.
We are proud that our school bags score best in tests for not containing harmful substances, and that in a test of chemicals in school bags, no harmful substances were found in our bags.
